What is a Teaser Bet?
A Teaser bet allows you to adjust the point spread (or total) of any game. Common football teasers are 6, 6.5, and 7 point teasers meaning you can adjust the spread (in your favor) by 6, 6.5, or 7 points. . So if a team is +7 points and you bet a 7 point teaser they now become +14. Or if a team is -10 and you bet a 7 point teaser they now become -3. The catch is you have to bet at least two games and you get odds of slightly below even money (depending on if you choose a 6, 6.5, or 7 point teaser).

Pittsburgh Steelers (+4) at Houston Texans (-4); Total 45
Game #2:
New York Jets (+4) at Baltimore Ravens (-4); Total 42
We will be taking the Pittsburgh Steelers (+11) and New York Jets (+11) in our 2 team 7 point teaser. With the Steeler and Jets we get two good defensive teams who are getting four points even before the extra 7 points with the teaser bet. The Jets looked awful last week in Oakland and Rex Ryan will have them fired up for a tough matchup against the Ravens. As you may know by now we like to back "good" teams coming off poor performances. We expect this Jets / Ravens game to be a hard hitting low scoring battle and don't see either team running away and hiding in this one. We like the Jets' chances of keeping this game within single digits. As or the Steelers It is not too often you see them get +4 points against any team. The Texans are coming off a 40-33 loss in New Orleans in which they gave up 23 fourth quarter points. The Texans will be in tough against a solid Steelers club. The Texans may be able to squeak out a win but we don't see them winning by more than 11 points in this contest. With the option of teasing two playoff teams in the Jets and Steelers up to +11 points figjam simply cannot pass on that.
